The vision of the tri-annual New Canadians, Aboriginals / Visible Minorities Job & Education Fair is a nationwide recruitment and education information center for visible minorities who were born in Canada and have worked in Canada for a long time as well as new comers to Canada who are looking to find a career or become self employed. This would be a good opportunity to increase diversity in your workforce, attendees include high school through to post graduate who are open to work in different industries, locations and salary levels and looking for educational courses to attend.

OBJECTIVES of job fair:
Reduce employer / student recruitment costs and resources.
Improve visibility and corporate image of organizations committed to diversity. 
Recruit visible minorities in management positions for executive jobs. 
Enable recruiters and job seekers to engage through the on-site interview facilities. 
Distribute information to new Canadians assisting in their long-term career planning. 
Introduce new Canadians to educational institutions, networking and professional associations.
